General Usage –

1. Goods are usually shipped in two to three days. If stock is out, it should normally take up to three weeks.

2. If purchased items have been shipped, the order cannot be changed

3. Unless there are defects with the products, there will be no refund, returns, or exchange

4. There may be minimum purchase amounts in an order

5. Colours and texture shown on the product images may be slightly different from the real, physical products due to lighting and other factors

6. Clothing sizes may differ slightly from the size charts, usually not more than 2-3cm

7. We are predominantly an e-commerce outlet, although physical visits may be possible (usually require appointments)

8. You are highly suggested to wash dark- and light-coloured clothing items separately to minimizing smudging

9. New clothing items may sometimes have small irregularities such as slightly untrimmed thread ends and smell from clothing materials. These are usually considered within normal levels

10. If part or all of stocks cannot be filled, customers will be notified

11. Product prices may change from time to time without prior notice

 

Shipping –

Locally in Hong Kong:

1. SF Express is usually COD, where the customer will pay the courier directly in addition to the product order total amount

2. 852 Express is usually COD, where the customer will pay the courier directly in addition to the product order total amount

Overseas from Hong Kong:

*Customers will bear and pay by themselves customs duties of their respective countries, if any

1. Airmal – usually takes 7 days after the items have been put in the mail

2. Surface – usually takes about a month after the items have been put in the mail
